I was born in India and moved to London in 2004. I started my career in cybersecurity and later, I switched to finance and then to health technology. Currently, I'm doing research on health technology and how health can be measured so that we can help people with some information on how to improve their health guided by technology. I started this project as a hobby four years ago to track my health data as I got more interested in the subject of sleep, diet, and healthy living I turned it into research.
Additionally, I work in the field of technology and artificial intelligence, which is a subject of great interest to me. I believe that AI has the potential to solve many problems in the future and enable humans to focus more on creativity.
In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that allow me to stay active and connect with nature. Horse riding has been a passion of mine for many years and I used to ride my horse in Iceland almost every day. Although I am now more focused on water sports like surfing, I aim to follow yoga, swimming, and hiking. These activities help me maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, which is essential to me. As a health researcher, I have learned about the impacts of technology on sleep and quality of life, and I try to limit my usage of electronic devices.
I strongly believe that the air we breathe reflects what we put into it. This understanding has made me realize the importance of being considerate towards the environment. The environment is not just something that exists around us; it is an integral part of our lives and is essential for our survival and growth.
On the other hand, I also believe that we have a responsibility to create a healthier environment for our own well-being. The environment we live in has a profound impact on our health, and it is up to us to ensure that we are providing ourselves with the best possible conditions.
I hope we can all work towards nurturing our environment and making conscious choices that contribute to a cleaner and healthier world. Whether it's choosing to use public transport more often, recycling, or simply being mindful of the products we use, every small step makes a difference. These small steps also train our minds to be conscious of the environment we decide to put ourselves in.
